Question regarding Lawsuits against redline.
Date: Fri, 08/28/2009 - 11:35
I found this website that shows pending lawsuits against Redline Recovery Services.
I just wanted to know if these were real lawsuits and what constitutes in some cases the 15,000 dollars or even the 10 million in one case by a violation of the FDCPA.
Also, how can a company be in business over so many lawsuits.
i obviously can't post the link but it's on the justia website

Not sure about the amounts, all I know is that a compensation of $1000 plus attorney and court charges would be awarded for each suit filed for 1.
Well, the court can order higher compensation for documented damages and medical condition.
