In October 2008 I sent in my Validation of Debt letter to Redline by certified mail...they did not respond to my request, but in my request I stated that failure to respond to the validation within 30 days from the date of receipt that all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and a copy of deletion request be sent to me. As of yet I have not received anything from them. Can you advise what my next step should be to ensure that they send the copy of deletion.
