Does anyone know where this company is located i cant get no information from them i believe its just a scam to get people to pay for something that was not theres to begin with

Have they sent you anything in writing regarding the debt in question? If not, next time they call, verify your address and inform them they had 5 days form initial contact to send you a dunning letter. End the call. Don't speak to them again. When you recieve their dunning letter, respond with a request for Debt Validation.

I'd say probably. GE Money Bank probably collected for Capital One for awhile, then bought the debt, and then sold it to Redline.

I'd also see about recording the calls - tell them right away that you are recording and if they don't like it they can write you a letter. This is a violation of the FDCPA and you could easily sue them.
