Received two call from the Law Office of Harris Zide the other day. After listening to their spell about the call being record for quality purpose, I then informed them , it is a two way street. I'm also recording the conservation, They proceeded to tell me that don't talk on recorded call and hung up. My question is, if they are above board and don't violated the fair credit reporting act or any other laws talk to me.

most if not all bottomfeeders don't want to be recorded as they plan on threatening you illegaly.now check your state laws in regards to recording calls.if you live in a one party state you don't have to tell them you are recording.catch them breaking the law with threats and lies.now let me look into this place further, but yes it is a major red flag if the don't want to be recorded.

You read all the time about the phone abuse from these clowns. For $10-15, you can buy a recording phone pick up off ebay or your locale radio shack, in a single party state start recording the abuse, make sure you date and time the recording, keep a report of you phone record to prove the call occurred. Then contact a consumer lawyer and make a quick $1000.00. Or better yet tell the lawyer he can have what ever he collects to help motivate a law suit.
