So I filed bankruptcy but my husband did not. Because of the laws, one of the loans we both got said i could not access my account online, nor could i pay over the phone, nor could they send me a statement until the bankruptcy is discharged. The amount i owe continued to go up and now that my bankruptcy is discharged they are still saying i will never be able to pay online, over the phone, or that they can never send me a statement again BUT i still have to send them payments!! is this legal and since we did not file on this loan why can they not send me a statement??

Since it was included in the BK, for you it has been discharged. It would be a violation of the bankrutcy discharge to send you a statement. You obviously did list it on your bankrutpcy. Your husband may need to make the demands.
