Is Regent Asset Management licensed by the State of Ohio

Regent Asset Management is headquartered in Kansas and their collection letters come out of Denver Colorado .My question is "In which states are they legally licensed to do business ?" I originally owed US Bank $75.00 when they debited my empty checking account for magazine subscriptions from a company that sent me a postcard saying they would send the magazines ,AND BILL ME , unless i contacted them not to. I forgot to notify them ,and then US Bank continued debiting my empty checking accnt, and adding their fees because the account was empty ( I'd changed banks ,meanwhile ). Advice or research sources ,please?
