My brother was just sued for a US Bank DDA account these guys are collecting. I think I inadvertently gave up his address when a lady named Karen called me recently asking to verify his address. I thought it was for a line of credit he was applying for so I didn't realize I was speaking with an investigator. A week later a process server was at his door handing him a summons.

Watch what you say to these people or you'll wind up getting sued.


I was told by a very nasty representative that I would receive a confirmation fax on a settlement matter and have still to receive the fax. He was given an electronic check at his belligerant demand and I did so just to be rid of him. If I do not receive the fax by morning, I will stop payment on the check. I did not appreciate his attitude, so if I have to stop payment on this check, feel free to take me to court!!!

I got a letter and a collecter called me on an acct I havnt herd about in 3 years. They want to recommend to their attorny to sue me, even though I only owe $978 and a third of it was interest. They ended up waving all the interest and settling for the original amount owed $698. They will take less then they are offering you!!!!! Just make them an offer if you have the cash they will take it and settle your account for way less. Rudy

These guys keep calling me looking for someone else, and I keep explaining to them that they have the wrong number but, they say "they'll remove my the number from their system" but, they keep calling me every week just like clock work. You can't talk to their customer representatives and explain the problem because they are very snotty and rude!

I got a message that my son was being sought for a pass debt under collection and heading to litigation. I called the number provided and was hung up on before I could finish my name. I think this company is rude and while they may deal with thousands of calls a day, they are still dealing with human beings. All are not returning the nasty attitude and sometimes a little kindness or just common courtesy gets more than attitude. If you don't like your job and dealing with people get out of it as there are a lot of people in the situations you're trying ot clear up that would be a lot more courteous and patient than you. I will say I kept calling back until I got someone who was able to be that "COURTEOUS and PATIENT" individual. Thank you
