Confused in ND

:confused:Without any prior letters, I received a summons (delivered by a police officer on 06/05/2012) from an attorneys office for Asset Acceptance, LLC for a debt from a Bank of America credit card. This has not been registered at the County Clerks office and it states that I have 21 days to respond to the attorneys office. I sent a notarized (by the County Clerk of Court) certified return request letter on 06/13/2012 asking for validation of the alleged debt, a copy of the original signed contract with my signature, validation of the date of last activity, and an explanation and proof of how they calculated what they say I owe. The attorneys office then responded with a letter on 06/18/2012 stating "that under the FDCPA Section 1692g, there is no duty to provide verification after the 30 day validation period has expired. While the validation period has expired, I have ordered account documentation from my client. Enclosed you will find the client's affidavit and a statement of account. Regarding your demand for proof that we are licensed, an original signed contract, and account calculations of the amount due, there is no basis in law to substantiate your right to such information. If we do not hear from you by June 27, 2012 we intent to proceed with our litigation efforts." I have no idea how to respond now. Any help would be greatly appreciated and unfortunately I was out of the state for over a week, so I only have a day to mail my response.
