Rule to show cause for authority to garnish huband's wages!! He was NOT even in the inital suit!
I gotta run to bring Jake to band but will call my atty when i get back.....
Does this mean they have reopened the case?? doesn't look like it to me!

Well Ok I spoke to Carol at the atty's office. He's out til Mond
Well Ok I spoke to Carol at the atty's office. He's out til Monday and his schedule is booked for that day but she wants me to fax over this new addition and he will look over it on Tuesday and advise me from there. She said sounds like they want to use the community property laws! DUH! (that gave me a LOT of info eh?)
Anyway, she said they will decide by next week if they will represent me either to fight this or to try and settle the matter with CACH thru them. Or refer me to another attorney who would help in settling this matter.....
SO nothing new! Same ol wait n see game!
