How many times can a Collection Agency report a deliquent account?

Hi,
Wondering if anyone knows out there how many time a Collection Agency can report a delinquent/collection account to the three main credit reporting bureaus? I have a couple accounts that show up twice (same company, same account info, same amounts) on my credit report for all three bureaus. Does it even matter? Does it really count as only 1 delinquent/collection account? Thanks.
