This is the response to the complain that I filed about not recieving proper debt validation, they did not really answer my dv question but gave me another lead. Just wanted everyone to see how they view debt collection.

Do you know the name of the original company with whom you have
Do you know the name of the original company with whom you have the account and the CA is trying to collect? You may check if they have your file in their system. Then, you can set up some payment arrangements with them and you won't have to deal with the CA.
