i had HSBC credit card of $3000 as i was international student in australia .now i returned home to my country india and i could not pay the money of card owed.will they be able to sue me in india because they have branches in india as well ,are they all connected to each other , will that affect my credit rating in india :(:( .please advise me thanks
For one, there is no legitimate scredit rating system in India f
For one, there is no legitimate scredit rating system in India for individual consumers. Two, I don't think HSBC will be coming after you. When you opened the account, did you use documents pertaining to your home country/address?

thanks guys for your reply HSBC card is australian based and they don,t have my home country address or phone number but they have copy of my passport showing only name and number .i am so worried they could have collection agency in india as well or will they able to put in court in india please help mee.........:rolleyes::(
