"Two RICO antitrust class actions accuse the National Arbitration Forum of conspiring with American Express, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and other major credit card companies to make it difficult or impossible for consumers to get fair resolutions of disputes."

"In a stunning turn of events, the kingpin of consumer debt arbitration, the National Arbitration Forum, has been knocked out of the consumer debt business amidst allegations of consumer fraud, throwing into jeopardy hundreds of thousands of arbitration awards."

And especially delicious is the RICO, the anti-racketeering statute passed in order to stop the Mob. And the so-called "fair" arbitrators (arbi-traitor?) act just like common thugs, stealing money from the innocent with full support of the courts.

If charged under the RICO statute, they can be sentenced to up to 20 years per count in Federal prison.

Let us cross our fingers that Justice is served upon these crooks! Hopefully it'll inspire people to go after collector crooks like Asset Acceptance and others who extort money from people who don't owe the debt. That would be wonderful!
