I get a letter about every six months from RJM and my credit report shows that they view it about 2-3 times a year. It's about a debt from the early 90's. Being past the SOL, it doesn't seem this should be legal to just pull a person's credit report to view whenever they want. Is there any way to stop them or what can I do? Thank you.

The creditor can never recover the debt legally because the SOL on the debt has already expired. If they send you collection notice again, just send them a C and D letter which will stop them from contacting you. Since they are pulling out your credit report, they are in violation to the FDCPA and so you can also send them an intent to sue letter.
