me for 6 months to catch up,They said no and turned it over to collections.I quit trying to pay at all.
so this law firm took me to court and got a judgement
for $1300. I got a lawyer and got it set aside, and he told me the $1300 would be more like $2000 with fee and intrest. So this law firm JAVITCH BLOCK started the process to sue me again.I answered first set of interagatorries and hav'nt heard a word in 14 months.
I have not talked to my lawyer yet but he told me a year ago not to talk to JAVITCH without him.
Meanwhile on my credit report the ammount owed is over $3000 and grows every month.
Sorry if i don't post right i'm more of a reader. Thanks for help and i will check that link out to.
