DV Letter

Can anyone give me/link me to a sample DV Letter? The CA didn't give an address when they called and I have received nothing at all in writing from them. Should I call them for an address to send the DV letter to or just wait for them to contact me again? Thanks for any help you can offer.

By law they should send you a letter in five days after the initial contact. Wait that five days, and while you are waiting, get copies of your credit reports to see if they are listed or not.
If you get no letter in say a week, you can call and simply ask them for an address, or find it on the net or even here...we more then likely have the addy and then you can write them a DV letter and even mention that they have already violated the law by not sending you the letter within five days.
