2nd court date on capital one

had my first court date with capital one. when up to judge when name was called. he asked me do you agree with this? said not that amount and before i could say anything more he goes: ok trial set march 8. now what do i do???

Try to come to an arrangement with Capital One outside the court before the trial date. Let me tell you that Capital One is a hard nut to crack.
If out-of-court deal doesn't materialize then do go and attend the trial otherwise you'll lose the trial anyway and a default judgment will be passed against you.
