I Answered the first set of Interrogatories now today I got a second set of Interrogatories they also included 5 old statments a Affidvit of Debt and a bill of sale, I noitced the bill of sale has no info about me or even my account number on it, is this a real Bill of Sale,
shouldn't my name or even account number be on there???
and basically they are asking me the 3 same questions from the First Interrogatories, But now with there proof, Did I use the credit card to purchase goods, what credits allowances or deductions do you claim to be entitled to and what amount do I admit to owing, I did send them my requests for Discovery as well, I did request bill of sale, I dont see how the paper they sent me is a true bill of sale

I also Noticed on the Affidvit of Debt the Account number there

I also Noticed on the Affidvit of Debt the Account number there claiming I opened is not the original account number according to the statements they provided, at some point a new account number was given, I noitced all the statements provided are the same account number exp one, and that statement is 2 years after the account was charged off

I sent out my interrogatories and request for production of Documents about a week ago, I have heard nothing from my JDB yet as far as answering my Questions, I stated reply within 30 days, They have started to call my house again, I guess trying to settle since I sent them my Questions to them
