I checked my credit report and Security Check LLC was listed on there for a Quasar Corporation and claimed it was for a bounced check. I sent them a validation letter and received a typed contract with my name typed on the signature as proof of debt from Good Time Cash. What can I do to argue this?

The collection agency can't collect a debt if they can't validate the account. Therefore, if they couldn't offer proper debt validation, your next step would be to send them the C&D letter.
