I sent a debt validation letter to Security Check and received back a copy of a contract with my information but only a typed in signature that could have come from anywhere. They did not send proof that they could collect on the loan or that the company they were collecting for is legal in my state. Is there a follow up letter I should send them?

just re-send your original letter with a section stating that what they sent is not validation.re-state your request and all the information you want.again send it certified mail return receipt.
