Ignore the calls and ask your sister/boss/supervisor/girlfriend/neighbor's dog/newspaper boy/anybody else that you can think of to do the same. When they call again, blow an airhorn into the receiver.

On a little more serious note, file complaints against this Global Services piece of $*#@ with the AG, the FTC and the county cops.

They are scammer. Don???t worry, they are trying to scare you. Don???t share any personal information with them. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

Thanks, I know they are full of BS once they refused to send me a validation letter of the debt due to the fact "they don't send out mail". I just really want their address so I can send a cease and desist and I would like to sue them for telling my sister I was going to be arrested, but I need an address.

I filed a complaint against them with the FTC, and contacted the local sheriff department about if they could do anything for me to find out an address but all they say is don't pick up.

Same thing happened to us. A guy calls from 813 793 4714 stating he has charges against us. We tell him, fine, fill them. He tells us to call 855 405 9167. We do and they refuse to tell us who they are or their address. They state their name is Global.
The guy who calls from the 813 number leaves messages where he is literally yelling. Both him and the company are very aggressive and rude. He called numerous times yesterday and called again today and left a voice mail.
They threatened to come to our place of employment yet they seem to know nothing about us. They did have an address from 2 yrs ago.
We are going to report to the Attorney General asap.

Both my husband and I have received calls from this number. Caller identifies herself as Rachel Miller. The first call tells me to contact "The Firm" in order to "address these charges" and verify my mailing address. The second call states that she has 'verified my address' in order to deliver the documents and I have been notified. I am instructed to call 855 405 9167 to contact 'The Firm'.. whatever that is. This is a BS Scam. Any legitimate attempts to verify my address can easily be done without threatening and harrassment. I have and will continue to ignore these stupid attempts at scamming.

I think I figured out their game. The Rachel Miller is a "locator" but she really works at Global. They call themselves locator's so they cannot be tied to the company for harassment. Rachell Miller and the other "locators" spoof their phone number so it looks like they are calling from a local number. She called me too, but her number was local to my area code.

When she calls me I now answer "David's Bridal how can I help you" and she stammers and ask's for me. I tell her no one works here by that name and she hangs up. I am sure she will stop calling me soon. I thankfully, work from home and go to school so they cannot harass my work because there is none.

I did find they used to go by Reliant Financial Associates and a woman sued them for 10 million and won due to harassment AFTER she sent a cease and desist.

They closed shop and re-opened as Global and clearly do not want to be sued again so this is why they refuse to give a mailing address /fax number / send a debt validation letter and why they have "locators" call to harass people.

They are trying to skirt the law.

If anyone has a recent address that would be great! If they do call you, report them to the FTC. I found them on BBB but they number is disconnected that is listed and I am sure the address there is not valid anymore.
