I got a call this afternoon from a Kelly LaRoca stating that she was to serve me papers for a court date If she does not hear from me she has no choice but to serve me Monday at my place of work. The number to call she says is the claiments. 855-505-5187
I am terrified and I work at a school so this is not good.
Should I call them?
there are several posts on the internet regarding this phone number. They do serve papers but everyone is pystified.
Who are they?
What is the next step?

Bunch of scamming bottomfeeders trying to scare the life out of good, honest people. Thats what they are. The next time Kelly (and I'm pretty sure thats not her real name) calls, ask her for the docket number.

What you need to do is find out who they represent and file complaints against them with the cops, the AG and the FTC.
