Should I contact creditor or CA for final settlement letter

I've settled several accounts in the last few months. I have letters outlining the agreed settlement before any money was paid. But now that the settlement has been paid in full I'd like to get a letter stating that the settlement funds were received and that no more money is owed on the account.
Should I contact the CA for this or the creditor they were collecting for?

You should contact the CA with whom you made the deal with and paid. It should have the original creditor info on it.
