Validate a settlement letter from CA

Hi,

This is the letter I recieved from the CA for the settlement. I understand I will be Settling in Full, and I just want to make sure the wording is correct so it does't come back to haunt me later. Also if this is ok can I make a payment using my debit card and then cancel the card after it goes through? I only have the Jan 8th so I am aftraid mailing something won't get there in time.
