Have you asked them to make a settlement or what your options are? I haven't heard good things about NCO though. I think there is a letters section on the forum and this might be on there.

I have asked them and he said @ this point the only thing they can accept is payment in full. They have only had the account for about a month, and they are so rude. I have no contact with them, but I pay my payment on the website. They can't do anything to me b/c I am paying..

If you do get a settlement, make sure you have proof of the agreement. I settled with them and they keep trying to collect more, but I had a signed fax from them for the terms. I faxed them the following settlement offer:

I have also used this for PD loans. Four companies accepted the settlement offer, and 2 did not.
It won't hurt to try this.
