Last year I reported this agency to the FTC for harassing me about my husband's debt. I asked them to stop calling me. I thought this had been handled but now I am receiving calls again from this agency and they are rude! The lady would not tell me who she was representing and only asked if she could speak to my husband. I told her that he wasn't here and that I would have to take a message. She called me again today (9/14) and asked for Loren. I said he isn't here. She said, "oh so now you know who he is." I'm like "what"? She said we have you on recording that you told us you didn't know who he was. I never, ever said that and told this person that. I got a little hot with her and told her to call my husband's bankruptcy attorney. But how can I get them to stop calling our house and harassing us. Last year a person from this agency threated to obtain a lawsuit against my husband. Please advise.:confused:
