It looks like you are registered. I agree that Simm's was easy to work with for me. When I defaulted on one of my payday loans a long time ago, I finally contacted Simm's and they were much easier to make payment arrangements with. The original creditor forgave my debt and Simm's was right on the ball with that as well. They did report it on my credit report but I had no problems disputing it and getting it removed. The collector was very nice to work with.
