I need some advice. I have several credit cards and some are past due. I am trying to spread payment out on all to show that at least i am trying to pay. Will the credit card companies try and take action if they do not get their full payment? Thank You! :?:

If you are not able to make the minimum payments then you will be in default. This may trigger calls from their internal collection department or they might turn it over to a 3rd party. My advice would be to contact your creditors and make them aware of your situation. Let them know the problems you are having and let them know what you can pay and when. Do not make promises you cannot keep though. If you think you can pay $50 but know you can pay $25, then committ to $25 and send more if you're able. Just never send less than what you commit too.
