They are a collection agency out of Kansas. I dealt with them with my Eastside Lenders payday loan. The number I have for thsm is 1-866-489-0979. If they are calling you for a debt assigned or they bought, make sure you send them a debt validation letter via certified mail, RRR. If you speak to someone there, make sure they send you official notification within 5 days so you can send debt validation to correct address/person.

About two years ago, I received a call from them concerning a payday loan I owed. After talking with them a bit, I asked them to send a letter before I paid it to make sure it was the right amount. The person said they don't send letters. I said then I don't pay and hung up on them. Over the next couple of months, I would get a call from them, Sometimes I would answer, other times, I would not. When I answered I would say I am still waiting for the letter. I never received anything from them. Not sure how legit they are but I wouldn't count on getting a letter from them.
