Per the Arizona law the SOL is 3 yrs. Though the accounts have been "verified" by the bureaus, I have yet sent out validation letters. I should also mention, Dillards and Sears were picked up by LVNV and Chase by American Credit Collection not to mention, ACC may not be a licensed collection agency here in AZ.

Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated!!
