404-424-4144 - Does anyone know Spellman and Roman?

I received a call from 404-424-4144, Christie Owens in the warrants department at Spellman and Roman earlier this week. She told me if I don't pay them $402.50 by Friday they will send the county police to my job. She called my job and verified my employment. The number she left for me to call her back on Friday was 404-585-6823. She said she's the only one that answers this phone. Well I called today and got another guy. He couldn't tell me anything except that Christie was in the warrants department and he can't see my file b/c it's on her desk. The bank closed my account and that's why the pdl wasn't paid and I don't have a problem with paying it but no one can give me any information. I didn't have a number from Pack Mgmt. I finally received and email stating that it was sent to Icollect. I called 1-800-883-9067 and the lady said they didn't have the account yet and to give it a week. I found this website and got numbers for B&L, talked with them and they gave me a different number, 1-866-856-1024 and no one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. I can't find any information on Spellman and Roman in GA. Someone please enlighten me. Please!!
