I no longer can work because of medical problems. I do have proof from the VA hospital. What can I do to not pay anymore. I live only on my SSI.
If you default on your payments, the creditor can sue you But
If you default on your payments, the creditor can sue you But SSI which cannot be garnished, the creditor cannot recover the judgment money from you. However, the judgment will affect your credit score.
