Taking money too early

I am on SSI and I only get $449 a month. I have tried to get the amount lowered that they take out, but they refuse. They are taking $50 a month and this puts an undue hardship on me.
How can I resolve this?

Do as Soaplady asks, give us more details as there are different laws and remedies open to you depending on if it is a collection account or still with the original creditor and what type of account this is!

Well , we see that there are various types of automated transactions requests that a company could take from you, however here you need to check the date that you have actually given for the ach because it should never happen that the ach date is on the 3rd and the money is taken out even before that . So please check the date that you have given and reply .
