Can a debt collector view all of your credit report when they pull it? How about personal things like social security number and recent address?

I was just trying to figure out how a debt collector may have gotten my social security number since this account is listed as me being an authorized user. I never gave it to them that I know of. So I thought maybe they could get it from my report even if someone else had me on their card.
