We received a call yesterday and today. They said we needed to contact them right away as my husband will be do in court and she needs to go over the inforamtion right away to be prepared for court. I freaked out and asked him what kind of trouble he was in. I did some research they are CRS from Texas and have been doing this to alot of people. How can they get away with this. My 6 year old was crying as she heard the answering machine and thought daddy had to go to jail. Then started calling cell phone. How and the heck did they get the cell phone number?
They mentioned something about going to jail while the answering

As for CSR, they are known bottomfeeders. When you called them, what did they say the debt was about. Please provide as much information as you can.
