Not exactly sure what you mean by a stay. Did you recive paperwork indicating that this was going to arbitration? What exactly is the JDB ignoring? More details please.
A stay simply means extension. I believe the jdb had requested
A stay simply means extension. I believe the jdb had requested it. Reason to give themselves more time to get their act together. A stay can be indefinite. NAF can also lift them at anytime and proceed with the arbitration.
