still getting calls and legal threats...help!

it has been almost 2 yrs ago when I did the pdl loan from a group called CPG. I repaid them plus all the extra over payments that they took from my checking account. At that time, I had to close my checking account because of these companies sucking out my hard earned cash, and because of these types of companies I lost my home and almost lost my vehicle and had to move in with my parents, but as of today, they are calling me at my parent's home, which is really bothering my parents and their home due to their number being called and I never gave them this specific number...and I have no idea who else they may be calling. The last lady I spoke with said that the original loan was with CPG, but that CPG does not own it anymore and her company now has it. I told her to get whatever records from the original pdl company and send me a validation letter, but she said that there is no way for her to get any kind of past records from whatever pdl company she is trying to collect a loan from and that I should have all of the documents from almost 2 yrs ago...anyway, today a man called several times for me and left message about criminal charges of fraud being filed against me in my county and then he game me the whole b.s of they will be coming to my home or work and serve me, which I know now is total b.s., especially since I am in North Carolina and they are from some other state, which I have no way of getting an address from them. I am getting better at just ignoring all of these accusations and phone calls, but they are calling my elderly parents and telling them that they need to talk to me about criminal charges against me and of course they stress about this too...sorry this is so long to read...
what I would like to know or maybe get your opinions or advice about, is what can I do to get them to stop harassing me and calling me when they wont give me an address to send them any kind of C/D letter? and they wont send me any kind of validation letter from the original pdl company? shouldnt they be able to have in writing whatever forms the original pdl company had on me to prove that I took out a loan with them? what can I do to put a stop to the phone calls to my family members? can a lawyer stop these calls? they have access to all public records of me and my family, what can I do now?


first off tell your parents that the calls are complete bullsh*t,and they need to file police reports everytime they call,or if they have caller id don't answer if the number looks weird.then they just delete the message.you do the same.also when they call your work hang up on them without a word.all they want is to threaten and harrass.you are under no obligation to speak to them.talking to them in any way only gets you more calls.bottomfeeders and the humanoids who call are trained to have answers for everything.it's not worth your time and hanging up o them they will get the hint eventually.do that.

nothing came up with a search of that number.it is a scam as they blocked/spoofed caller id and the number is either bogus,or new and still bogus.use the name tri-state and that number to file the police reports and AG complaints.this is a scam using the tri-state name.
