I am hoping that someone could please answer my questions below.
1. What is the legal limit a Canadian PayDay company charge?
2. Are interest charges suppose to stop once a collection agency gets the account.
I live in Ontario and can't find any information anywhere and am desperately seeking answers to these questions - any help would be truly appreciated.
