harrassment from 1-800-684-8429

They called my sons phone (13yrs old) 74 times in 2 months. I answered once and told them to stop calling and to identify them self, but they refused to. Again today they call I answered the call, and again they refused to identify them self. Is there a law so we can sue for harassment??

unbelievable
do as soaplady advised.the problem here is when a phone is returned,or recycled the number isn't stricken,but it should be.send the letter with that explanation.
