Unknown Phone Number

I am being bothered by calls from this number: 866-438-2414. Does anyone know who this number belongs to?
The calls come during the day and they never leave a message. When I call the number I get a recording with no identification about leaving my number and a brief message.

I just googled the number and apparently others are making complaints about the number, too. One said that someone just leaves a message to call her MN office for an important message! WTH...That's alot of going around your elbow to get to your thumb...You call me to leave me a message to call you for an important message...How confusing!

Hi. There was no name. In fact, the google only pulled up two links. They were just sites where people go in and make complaints about strange phone calls they receive from strange numbers. I'm going to call it...hold on...

They are a company called FRS...The person said that they are a collection agency...I googled FRS and it looks like it stands for Financial Recovery Services...Their headquarters are in: Edina Minnesota.
Incoming Calls
I keep receiiving calls from a five digit number that shows up as "90979" of course when I ask what is your name & what company are you with, the caller hangs up. Just had a "No Solicitation" placed on our phones. With Identity Theft you can't be too careful!
There is software now where a person can choose to have their number show up as any series of numbers when they are calling you.
