I had a loan with CASH CALL, and submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about the rude way I was treated by one of their customer service reps., I then, received another rude response from DELBERT, whom apparently is now in charge of my loan, and I was not even notified Cah Call had turned loans over to Delbert. Instead, in my inbox one day, I get a payment reminder from DELBERT, and I had never even heard of the damn company!!!!!! How unprofessional!

Did you loan start out with western sky?? If so, have you read the news lately? Western sky is basically shut down and cash call has been ditching the loans. Do a search of this forum ...the payday loan one..lots of information
