I just found this online and was wondering what the
"SUMMONS RETURNED - N.S. REASON: OTHER REASON" means?
I keep an eye on the circuit court docs because I'm attempting to help my folks negotiate a principal reduction since they've been in 2 FEMA disasters and have had to deal with major medical issues due to these disasters. Does the summons being returned mean that they cannot come after me? I currently don't have any income because of becoming disabled after dealing with the 2008 disaster and am just living with family and attempting to do whatever I can to help them out. Should I respond to the attorney listed within the circuit court docs?
