Help...received summons/complaint.

I was served a Summons in the state of SC on SUnday April 5th 2009. The complaint was filed by the original creditor I believe as they are listed as the plaintiff(HSBC Bank Nevada), BUT, on the notarized complaint it says at the bottom, "This communiation is from a debt collector. The purpose of this communication is to collect a debt." The paperwork also includes an Affadavit from an employee of HSBC Bank. What to do?!?!?!

Here is a bit more information, I spoke with the Clerk of Court today and the documents are legit. The attorneys HSBC Bank Nevada has representing them are Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, L.L.P. out of Raleigh, NC; SC Bar #65488
