Well first of all Brenda, even if u DID know where she was this is NOT ur debt nor are u responsible for it!!! If i were u, i would send a cease and desist letter and u did the right thing by NOT signing the summons for her!!!!
This is NOT ur repsonsibilty and send them this cd letter to get them off ur back!!

Brenda..apparently your daughter has given your phone number to all her creditors. You do not have to listen to what these people say. If I were you if anyway possible I would change my phone number. I know this is your number..however the harassing calls would cease. Then if they sent your letters you could respond with the C&D letters Ang discribed above. If not...contact someone in your state that knows about the "do not call list" and asked to be put on it. Keep reading someone will come along with maybe a better idea.

If they keep calling, after all this, sue! No reason you shouldn't make a buck or two out of this, for all your trouble.
