Update on Summons - help!

This is an update from a thread I left a few weeks ago. The link is below.
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/collection-agencies/respond-validate.html
I followed advice and complained to the BBB. They told me that they cannot handle the complaint as it deals with a collection agency and debt.
I also filed a complaint with the FTC. They did respond with the attached file.
I also compained to the RI Attorney General's office. However, I received an e-mail back from them that their office would not handle the complaint.
The BBB gave me the number for the Disciplinary Council for Attorneys in the State? Should I complain with them, too?
I also sent a second validation request, this time return receipt. I received the return receipt so I know they received it, but have not heard anything.
Any thoughts?

seems like it has nothing to do with your case, they give you a run down on the fdcpa but no answer to your complaint directly. Hmm...
