"Debt" to Worldwide Asset Mgmnt?
Date: Fri, 10/26/2007 - 08:47
I was served papers in June on a debt I "owe" to Worldwide Asset Purchasing, LLC from the law office of Gerald E Moore & Associates. It is supposedly for a credit card debt. I responded, in time, to this asking for details of the supposed amount and documentation where I signed for any of these "charges". I didn't hear anything more until I received a letter from the judge in our county saying I submitted a pro se answer in time and she denied the motion on Aug 14th. I then get a stack of "Plaintiff's Requests for Admissions to Defendant", along with "Plaintiff's First Interrogatories to Defendant", "Plaintiff's First Request for Production of Documents and Notice to Produce to Defendant", and I don't know what to do next. I have 30 days from "receipt" of paperwork (filed Oct 2, received Oct 5th). Plese help!
