I received a call from a rude male named Jim Alston at my job stating that I owe for a book that I refused when I was closing out my P.O. Box. He demanded that I pay to them, TAKHAR Collections via my checking account. THe phone number that appeared on the caller ID at work 646-367-3289

When I stated to him that first he had no right calling me a work demanding anything especially a payment (like I was going to pay him to get him of the phone).

I am reporting this matter to the Attorney General and the BBB.

Yes report it as soon as you can. Then Google TAKHAR collections, find a address for them and send them off a validation letter. (There are some good letters on this site you can use) If he calls you back again at work inform him that you have spoken with your employer and the CA can NOT call you on the company phone. He HAS to stop calling you at work from that point on. If he does not, log every time he calls that way you can turn the tables on him and sue him
