I have recently paid Frederick J. Hanna 245.00 a month for the past 4 months. They call me right about tax return time and told me they would sue me if I did not pay them. They said they were representing Chase. I had just had a FUrnace go out and had spent my return on replacing thatso they set up a payment plan for the money. The payment plan expired and they called to set up another one or get 3000 total from me. Are these guys even paying the debt or stealing the money? I just read all of the posts and now am petrified that I have just paid a bunch of money to theives.. How can I stop them?
