When requesting Validation, reference the FDCPA as well as Chapter 392 of the Texas Finance Code
Does anyone know how to use the SOS site? I have tried several time, but seem to be very inept as this.

Add a % to your search. I usually only type in the first few letters of the name I'm searching for followed by %. Try just typing in A% and hit search. It will show all CA's that start with A. I know the first few times I was searching, I kept getting pi$$ed off too.
