NationWide cash recovery department?

has anyone dealt with NationWide Cash (NWC) and their recovery department? are their threats of prosecution just to scare me? I reported them to my attorny General and they actually responded and was going to send them a letter, but not sure if they recieved it, they wouldnt even give me a mailing address. They are not following my cease and disist request to not call my work phone.

yes illegal pdl's use the arrest threat as easy as breathing.it is of course a scare tactic.file a follow-up with your AG,and let them know they threatened arrest.when they call your work hang up without a word.have others do the same.they don't deserve the courtesy of even a single word.
